We will remember

The communities of Weston and Newbridge came together to commemorate Remembrance Sunday 2023. Leaders and young people of 69th Bath (Lower Weston) Scout Group joined the Girl Guides and Boys Brigade to parade together and lay wreaths during a service at the war memorial. Leader Tom joined the Boys Brigade band.

We are very proud of all our members particularly Beavers and younger Cubs, many of whom had never participated in such an event before. Older members helped set a fabulous example. Smart uniforms and exemplary behaviour from all.
